Project Vision
Xacereum is not a project based on short-term speculation or temporary internet trends. The main goal of the project is to create a reliable, sustainable, and long-term value-generating decentralized ecosystem developed with an institutional perspective.
Community-driven growth, transparent governance, and technical development constitute the fundamental principles of the project. All rules are embedded into smart contracts from the very beginning and cannot be altered subsequently.
DAO & Decentralization
Xacereum is designed in a completely Community-Driven and decentralized structure. In the future, all decisions will be made by the community through a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) structure.
- Zero Commission (No Tax): There will be absolutely no transaction tax.
- No Minting: The authority to mint new tokens is completely disabled. A fixed supply model applies.
- Free Trade (No Blacklist): There are no blacklist mechanisms or transaction restrictions.
- Full Independence: There are no centralized control mechanisms or admin key privileges.
Tokenomics & Supply Distribution
Xacereum (XAC) has a completely fixed supply model. No planned token burn mechanism will be implemented by the project. However, users who wish to do so can remove their tokens from circulation by sending them to a Null (Burn) Address.
Use of Raised Funds
Presale (ICO) Plan
30% of the total supply (3,918,208,205 Tokens) is allocated for the presale. The presale will be conducted in a total of 3 phases. The maximum duration for each phase is 30 days.

DEX Listing Target: The opening price is planned not to be below the final phase price (0.00017 USD), with a targeted estimated DEX launch price of $0.00020 USD. This presents a potential of approximately 2x for Phase 1 investors.
Vesting & Security Locks
Strict vesting rules are applied to reduce potential selling pressure on the first day and secure the project for the long term. Presale and referral rewards are subject to the same vesting plan.
Investor Vesting Plan
- TGE (Token Generation Event): 15% unlock
- Cliff: 1 Month waiting period
- Distribution: The remaining 85% is distributed equally over the next 6 months.
Team Tokens
- There are no extra team tokens pre-allocated to the project.
- However, the budget allocated for future needs is locked with a 12-Month Cliff followed by a 12-24 Month Linear Vesting.
