Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Xacereum ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Risk Acknowledgment
Participating in cryptocurrency presales and purchasing digital tokens involves significant risk. The tokens provided by Xacereum are utility tokens designed for use within our Web3 ecosystem, but their future value is not guaranteed. Regulatory landscapes for digital assets are evolving, and you acknowledge that you can lose part or all of your contributed funds. Xacereum is not liable for any financial losses incurred while participating in the presale or interacting with our smart contracts.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your Web3 wallet access keys and authentication nonces. Xacereum will never ask for your private keys or seed phrases. Any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your wallet is your sole responsibility.
4. Platform Usage & Restrictions
Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to use Xacereum. You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the smart contracts and web infrastructure. Multi-level referral abuse, creating fake wallets, or engaging in fraudulent activities will result in immediate account termination, blacklisting of your wallet, and forfeiture of funds or tokens.
5. Withdrawals and Deposits
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via decentralized smart contracts and third-party Web3 infrastructure (e.g., Binance Smart Chain, PancakeSwap). While we strive for instant processing, network congestion or blockchain issues may cause delays. Xacereum reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security audits if suspicious activity is detected.
